Take your journal, computer or mobile and write 10 things you’re happy & thankful for. You can say that: “I am happy & grateful for my mom because she cooks for me every morning” or “I am happy & grateful now because my life is awesome.”

3. Say Thank You in advance
A magical exercise that I learned some time ago is to say thank you in advance. How do you do that?
When you wake up, imagine everything that you want to do that day and how do you want to happen.
Imagine that and say Thank You in advance for everything that you imagined. After you finished, say: “Thank You for all the good news that I received today.”
